Tang San 唐三

Tang San is the central hero of the Soul Land saga and the headline control-class spirit master of the IP. Reborn into the Douluo Continent carrying the inheritance of the legendary Tang Sect, he turns a famously "trash" martial soul into one of the continent's deadliest.

Background

Born to Tang Hao of the Clear Sky Clan and the goddess Ah Yin, Tang San awakens twin martial souls: the lowly Blue Silver Grass and the heaven-shaking Clear Sky Hammer. Mocked for the former, he trains relentlessly at Shrek Academy, where he becomes the heart of the Shrek Seven Devils.

Drawing on the Tang Sect's hidden weapons and secret techniques, Tang San rises from spirit grandmaster toward Titled Douluo and, eventually, godhood. His journey defines the continent's understanding of what a control spirit master can achieve.

Martial Soul & Spirit Rings

Blue Silver Grass looks ordinary but, through Tang San's bloodline and effort, evolves into the Blue Silver Emperor — a plant-type control soul able to bind, crush and drain entire battlefields. His second soul, the Clear Sky Hammer, delivers overwhelming Clear Sky Clan force, letting him pivot from lockdown to burst in a single exchange.

Tang San's spirit rings span the full Halo spectrum, drawn from beasts of escalating age — the kind of provenance the rarity system on this site is modelled on. Notable absorptions include spider-lineage power that grants him the Eight Spider Lances and Purple Demon Eyes.
